About the Warwick Prize for Women in Translation

Year is the award year: the prize is announced each November for books published in the UK or Ireland in the prior 12 months. All rows come from the official University of Warwick prize pages (winner, shortlist and longlist page per year); no fallback sources were needed. One category, Translation, since the prize covers all genres together. Each book appears once at its highest level. Expected counts are the full longlist on each year's longlist page. The judges' special mentions and commendations are recorded as Honor: Flights (2018), A Line in the World (2023), Kairos (2024), Too Great A Sky (2025). 2022 had joint winners. Obvious name typos on the pages are corrected (Tokarczuk, Ioana Pârvulescu, Tóth).

Organization: University of Warwick. Years are award years, which can differ from publication years. Official site (opens in a new tab)
